SELECTED BIBLIOGRAPHY

"Art and craftsmanship. Colors, meshes, filtering screens, skillfulness, and surprises. What results is usually bewildering and unique. I see in them predominantly the reflection of my own dreams and imaginings. Behold, these gilded, wide lines, rounded off at one end, are they not cutting blades perhaps, namely cutting edges, samurai swords? Or are they ideograms on a silk background and kimono flurries? My preferences impose the first interpretation, befitting the fervent admiration I have for the Japanese sense of fineness, the Bushido Code, heroism, and sacredness. Consequently, the austere swords escape without allowing themselves to be deciphered, between Ernst Jünger and Inazō Nitobé, rather than under the sign of polysemy and uncertainty for the semiotic hypothesis. Nonetheless, their lure remains filled with power and fascination."
